What does it take to create a life beyond your wildest dreams?

My story and a guide for you.

I made a little guide for you, that you can read below. It comes with a disclaimer from someone who actually took these steps (me): It will be the hardest thing you have ever done – but it will be worth it!

You did all the right things you expected would give you a happy life. Still, there is that thing that just will not work out for you. Maybe also a voice that keeps asking ‘is this really all there is to life?’. You look at your life and except those things that don’t work out it looks pretty good. Then why does if feel so wrong?

The reason may be that you are not being honest to yourself about what your true desires are. Probably you don’t even have an answer to that question. You may have ‘silly ideas’ that pop up, like ‘if I could just live in nature without so much to take care of all the time’ or ‘I would love to not have any emails to answer.’ But you push these thought aside and tell yourself it’s not possible.

The truth is - it probably IS possible. But first you have to dare to dream it.

My own story

I spent the first 2 decades of my life trying to make everyone around me happy. I was in my early thirties when I lost a 5-figure sum on a failed business adventure and went through my first dark night of the soul. This was the first time I started to ask myself the question ‘what do I actually want?’ This may seem strange since I have been working as an entrepreneur my entire life since I was 12 years old, and always was self-employed. But I think a lot of us live life this way, whether we are employed or employees, and it is not strange. We start our lives with being told what to do first to make our parents happy, then to fit into school and later on to hold a job so we can pay our taxes and be ‘good citizens’. Our whole culture in the Western World is based on us putting our true needs aside to fit into the mold that was created for us.

After those first early steps of taking my power back, I spent another decade doing inner work. I set up more businesses, always with more and more awareness that the jobs I created for myself had to be ones I actually enjoyed, and that they had to be in full alignment with my visions for the World. But still - I was far from happy and fulfilled - there was always ‘that thing’ that was missing (mainly time, support and money). So I kept searching. And if you share this feeling, I think you should too.

I always knew there was more for me out there somewhere.

And it turned out I was right.

I’m now living a life beyond MY wildest dreams, that looks pretty different from the dream lives social media tell us to go for. What matters to me is that I get to be next to my best friend, a man I am still madly in love with after 20+ years of marriage. Our love just keeps getting stronger and deeper. Like everybody else I have good days and bad days, but I have learned to identify the feelings of sadness or anxiety as fleeting and not as something I have to battle, so my nervous system is mainly pretty balanced. I have financial freedom (created in a very different way than the evil lies that were spread about me in the mainstream media some months ago - something I will not go into here). My children are happy and suntanned. We eat exactly the kind of food we love to eat and our days are relaxed, full of fun and with time to do what WE think is important. I hardly ever answer an email or take a phone call (for some reason I have always hated that kind of communication, while writing on social media doesn’t bother me). I swim in the lake several times each day - I actually only rarely take a real bath or shower. I prioritize taking care of my body and at the age of 47 I have never felt better or more healthy, I feel like I’m only getting younger, actually. I live at a place where the temperature is perfect for me - always between 20-25 degrees celsius, all year round. I have deeply fulfilling friendships with people who check in and truly care about me. I have a support system of helpful souls around me and someone to share the workload of running a family and business with. I work a lot but only with things I love. I have an amazing team to play with, and can’t way to get started on my day. I never use an alarm clock as the thousands of birds on the volcano outside my window wake me up at sunrise. I have created a beautiful garden full of bees, colibris and butterflies, it’s small but sustains our family with homegrown herbs every day. I only have clothes made of natural materials on my clothes rack made by local craftsmen. I live in a street where everybody greets eachother ‘good morning’.

It’s only 9 months ago we made the big leap it was to step on a plane to Guatemala. ‘The plan is to not have a plan’ was what we told people.

However, before that we spent over a year planning our departure from Sweden, but nothing worked out as expected. We busted our asses off trying to sell our company, had lots of interest but no luck in selling at a price that felt fair, so instead we set it up to run without us. In the end the company went bankrupt, the staff we had trained lost their jobs and out little family of mom, dad and 4 children lost everything we had worked so hard for. The little we had left, our network and credentials, got battered when the mainstream- and social media mob went after us in a crazy bloodrush based on lies, misunderstandings and what seemed like straight out calculated darkness to discredit us and the whole movement for a better future for our planet we always worked in the frontlines of. It was hard and still affects me some days, but most days I’m just counting my many, many blessings. You can’t erase darkness with darkness, only light can do that, has become my mantra.

I learned how hard it feels to be judged by people who don’t know you, and made the decision to never judge anyone again. Instead I truly do feel compassion for the people who spread lies about us. I also learned that I can live a happy life no matter what people think about me. These were all very powerful gifts that made me reach a sense of peace I didn’t know existed inside me.

Long story short: With lots and lots of magical events, some that felt like dreams, some that felt like nightmares, I found a place to live that truly feels like home, I healed my deepest wounds, and I can now with confidence say that I managed to create the life I dreamed of.

Guide: What does it take to create a life beyond your wildest dreams?

Does your life feel unfulfilling? Do you have the feeling that there must be more to life? Based on my own journey with unapologetically following my dreams I have made this guide. I hope you find it useful.

Step 1: Dare to believe it

Your first step is to believe that the life you dreams of exists. In the quantum field it is already created, otherwise you would not be able to experience it in your imagination.

This step takes radical self-acceptance and ditto honesty.

You don't have to settle for a life that feels bearable or okay. A life that looks great from the outside but feels hollow on the inside.

It is possible for you to create a life that fits you and your values perfectly. To only have nourishing, loving relationships, to be able to take good care of yourself and your body, have a well-regulated nervous system, to share your true gifts with the world, and get financial freedom and deep satisfaction in return.

The bigger you dare to dream, the harder it will be to reach. And the more fulfilling it will be once you ‘get there’.

Step 2: Look for proof

Your ego will immediately start to convince you that it is not possible to live your dream life. A lot of fear will come up, and this is where many give up.

An antidote to this is to look around for examples that what you dream of is possible.

Find examples of others who have transformed or left an unhealthy relationship and come out stronger on the other side.

Hear stories from people who have come out of deep debt.

Listen to those who chose their heart's calling even though it was difficult and took a lot of sacrifice.

Step 3: Feel it!

The only way to create something is to already have it energetically.

This is so difficult for the mind to understand, but it is how manifestation works.

Look for the feeling that your dream life will give you. The feeling of peace and freedom is most likely what you will find beneath all the external needs that you rightfully have.

Find all the small and large things, people and situations in your life that already give you this feeling, and focus on them as often as you can.

Step 4: Go within

You do not necessarily find your dream life at a physical place, with a new partner or in a new job (although it probably at one pointwill be relevant to consider relocating, leaving a relationship or starting a new career). It is definitely not a new car that is your true path to happiness.

First and foremost it is a place inside you. A place where peace, freedom and love already exists.

You need to do the inner work ittakes to remove all the blocks youmay have towards living a life beyond your wildest dream. A life where these feelings are your normal state.

You probably already do lots of different things. If not, the place to start is whatever calls or comes to you. Whether it’s a book, a course, a retreat, a plant medicine journey, talking to a therapist, walking silently in nature or something else.

Step 5: Take bold action

You don’t get out of the nettle field stinging you with dissatisfaction and old hurts if you don’t start moving.

While the other steps – the dreaming, the feeling and the deep inner work – are necessary and can be very hard, the taking action part is where your deepest fears will be triggered.

Do it anyway.

Do it for you.

Quit the job, leave the relationship, make the move, quit the addiction, take the leap.

Step 6: Let go of control

This is a part of step 5. Probably the hardest part for most. We think we only dare to take the action if we have proof of how it will go. So we make plans to make it feel more safe.

But… at one point you will be at the point where you have to find the courage to make a big jump out into the unknown and trust that you will land on steady ground again, even when you have no idea where or how.

Not being in control of an important part of the process. How else would you create something so good you can’t even dream it up?

Step 7: Don’t give up

Again: The bolder you dream, the bigger the challenges will be. See them as proof you are doing the right thing, not the opposite.

No matter what happens, don’t give up. Don’t go back to the nettle field. It will only make the way out seem more and moreimpossible. Until one day your lifeis over and your dream life is still just a vision in the quantum field.

You will be challenged again, again and again. You will question yourself, the world, God, your whole existence. This is all a part of the journey.

Go back to step 2 and 3 as often as you need to: Look for proof and feel it.

You have to trust that you will succeed.
